• Prepares foods according to specifications and quality standards established in recipes and procedures.
• Prepares equipment and food based on forecasted needs and events.
• Maintains working knowledge of all kitchen machinery operations.
• Maintains updated knowledge related to current menu options, preparation methods and techniques, and ingredients.
• Maintains appropriate inventory controls and dates all incoming products.
• Assists in ordering, receiving, and storing of all food and beverage related products.
• Assists in monitoring and upholding policies and procedures for safety of guests and team members.
• Assists in maintaining clean lines throughout the department.
• Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency.
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism.
• Conduct work-related functions in a professional manner.
