Job Description: Join our Diagnostic Imaging Team y’s Hospital in Superior, WI as a support staff. This position is full time and includes our full benefits package.

• Provides assistance with direct patient care in the Radiology Department, but will not administer ionizing radiation, intravenous contrast media, and/or prescribed pharmacy medications.
• Performs specialized tasks under the supervision of technologists and/or radiologists.
• Includes duties such as patient reception by phone, registration and/or registration confirmation, appointment and procedure/lab scheduling, and related clinical information management.
• Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to interact with patients in a manner that is effective and appropriate to the age and developmental level of the involved patient population.

No educational requirements.

Obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 90 days of hire. On the job certification is available.
