Title: Occupational Therapist
Location/work environment: In facility
Reporting Structure
Reports to the Director of Rehab.
Role and duties: As an Occupational Therapist, you help patients get well. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy. You design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence. You adapt to the needs of the patient and collaborate with peers, referring as needed to ensure comprehensive care. You act as a teacher to train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
Powerback Rehabilitation (Powerback) provides integrated and individualized recovery, rehabilitation, respiratory, and wellness services. We are patient-centered, aiming to transform the road to recovery and help patients get their power back.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
- Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.
