With approximately $700 million in assets, Superior Choice Credit Union, located in Superior, Wisconsin, is currently in search of a senior financial services executive to serve as their Chief Operations Officer. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the incoming executive will be charged with strategically leading the branch infrastructure and driving the sales and service culture of the credit union. The credit union is seeking someone with strong strategic acumen, and a keen ability to identify, isolate, and resolve operational weaknesses.
Additionally, the incoming executive will be experienced in both front- and back-office operations and have a fundamental understanding on the use of technology to streamline processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will instill a culture of accountability and have an appetite for a growth environment. Five plus years of senior leadership experience leading retail banking operations is required.
- Strategically lead the branch infrastructure and drive the sales and service culture of the credit union.
- Identify, isolate, and resolve operational weaknesses to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide leadership across front- and back-office operations with a technology-enabled mindset to streamline processes.
- Foster a culture of accountability and support growth in a dynamic environment.
- Requirements:
Five or more years of senior leadership experience in retail banking operations.
