Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Superior, WI for a Toddler Teacher. The Toddler Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans, caring for and supervising toddlers, fostering a safe and educational environment, and tracking developmental progress. Day-to-day tasks include participating in training sessions, collaborating with team members, and maintaining ongoing communication with families about the child’s growth and activities.
The teacher will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Experience in Lesson Planning and Education specifically for toddlers
- Strong Communication and Teaching skills to interact with children, colleagues, and families
- Abilities in Training to enhance team collaboration and professional development
- Patience, adaptability, and a nurturing approach to working with young children
- Familiarity with early childhood education standards and practices is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
