The AMSOIL Project Management Team is looking for a Project Management Intern for Summer 2026. The summer internship program typically begins after spring semester and ends before the start of the fall semester. This is an exciting opportunity for students who are highly motivated, enjoy a challenge, and are looking to expand their career. This position reports on-site to the AMSOIL Center in Superior, Wisconsin.
Core Responsibilities:- Support project offloading by executing shortterm, cross functional tasks and coordinating with teams across the organization.
- Assist in building action items, owners, and due dates on for project tracking and building Gantt charts to track progress.
- Assist with equipment installation and process documentation.
- Assist with streamlining the onboarding process and managing processes.
- Manage the implementation and communication of FY27 Strategic Initiatives to project owners and Executive Leadership Team updates.
- Review current work spaces and workflow processes to improve the use of our PM tool.
- Must be working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Must have completed Sophomore year.
- Available 40 hours/week Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during the summer months.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Can work independently and enjoys doing so.
- Excellent organization skills with a keen attention to detail.
