Job Description: Our client is seeking a compassionate and motivated Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join their well-established hospital in Sunrise, Broward County. In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering comprehensive veterinary care including examinations, diagnostics, surgery, and preventive medicine
- Communicating clearly and compassionately with clients about diagnoses and treatment plans
- Promoting pet wellness and preventive care through education and tailored recommendations
- Supporting team members and maintaining a positive, collaborative working environment
- Upholding high standards of veterinary ethics and accurate medical recordkeeping
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) from an accredited AVMA institution
- Active or eligible Florida state veterinary license
- DEA/BNDD eligibility preferred
- Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
- Commitment to teamwork, learning, and compassionate patient care
