What You'll Do
* Manage a caseload of patients with individualized care plans
* Perform comprehensive assessments and develop care plans
* Deliver skilled nursing care, treatments, and medication administration
* Educate patients and families on managing conditions and improving quality of life
* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the care team to ensure safe, coordinated care
* Accurately document visits to maintain compliance and care continuity
What We're Looking For
* Current RN license in Oklahoma
* Minimum of one year of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
* Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
* Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
* Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Pay & Benefits
* Full-Time: $40/visit
* SOC (Start of Care): $100
* ROC (Resumption of Care): $75
* Recertification: $60
