Home Care CNA Role:

Key Responsibilities

As a Home Care CNA , you will s upport Instrumental and Activities of Daily Living:

* Personal Care Support :
Help clients with their morning or evening routines, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

* Meals & Nutrition :
Help with eating and meal prep.

* Companionship :
Engage clients and provide compassionate redirection to clients with dementia.

* Mobility :
Assist clients with getting in and out of bed, moving safely around the house, and doing simple stretches or exercises.

* Team Communication :
Partner with our nursing team to follow a care plan and communicate updates in clients' needs.

Must-Have Qualifications

Requirements for this CNA opportunity include:

* Active CNA license in Maryland

* Current CPR and BLS certification

* Valid Maryland driver's license, auto insurance, and transportation

* Compassionate, clear communicator
