Responsibilities:

As a Home Health CNA, you will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and support the health, safety, and emotional needs of our clients.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Active CNA Certification in Colorado

* CPR Certification

* Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and/or Reliable Transportation

* Ability to Lift 50 lbs

* Compassionate Nature and excellent communication skills
