Position Overview

This role is responsible for selling, managing, and delivering commercial HVAC construction projects from initial client contact through final closeout. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, understands commercial construction timelines, and is comfortable owning both revenue and project success.

What you will be doing:

Sales & Preconstruction

• Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, property managers, and owners
• Identify and pursue new commercial HVAC opportunities
• Perform site walks, scope projects, and prepare accurate bids and proposals
• Negotiate contracts and secure awarded work

Project Management

• Manage multiple commercial HVAC construction projects simultaneously
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Oversee schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation
• Communicate with field supervisors, GCs, engineers, and inspectors
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and contract requirements

What you will need for this position:

• Background in project management, estimating, and/or sales
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, plans and specifications
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical schedules
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with estimating and project management software
• Valid driver's license
