This role puts you in charge of crews, coordination, and execution on projects where precision and leadership are critical. - Lead installation crews on commercial and industrial fire sprinkler projects
- Ensure work meets quality standards, codes, and project timelines
- Read and interpret drawings, specs, and material lists
- Coordinate with GCs, inspectors, and internal project managers
- Train and mentor team members
- Maintain a safe, productive, and professional job site
- 3+ years of supervisory or foreman experience in fire sprinkler installation
- Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and local codes
- Ability to manage crews, schedules, and jobsite coordination
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
- A results-driven mindset with a commitment to quality
- Valid driver s license and dependable transportation
