Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Unit

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and guests by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a retail or mall location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating updates to site leadership and/or first responders as directed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout interior retail areas, common areas, and perimeter routes to help deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or operational concerns.;
Monitor entry points, loading or receiving areas, and other assigned posts to verify authorized access, assist with directions, and support loss prevention and/or incident response as requested.;
Complete written and/or electronic reports, utilize communication systems, and perform routine checks of cameras and other security-related equipment when assigned.
