Security Officer - Retail Part-Time Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, and/or staff while carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, service corridors, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards;
Monitor entrances, loading areas, and other assigned access points; observe for policy violations; and direct guests and/or vendors to the appropriate resources;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate timely updates to site leadership and Allied Universal management;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with disturbances, medical calls, and/or property concerns per post orders
