Security Officer - Retail Center

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and guests by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail and/or mall location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including storefront areas, common areas, corridors, loading and receiving areas, and perimeter zones, as permitted by site guidelines.;
Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations; document findings and complete required incident and activity reports in a timely manner.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including addressing disturbances, supporting lost and found processes, and coordinating with site management and/or emergency services as needed.;
Monitor access points and customer traffic patterns, provide directions and assistance to shoppers and employees, and help to deter theft-related and/or disruptive behavior through visible presence and professional communication.
