Provide customer service to clients and guests following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a retail and mall location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of retail sales floors, common areas, loading and receiving areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.;
Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for security-related concerns, escalating issues to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.;
Complete security-related documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity reports, and communicate relevant information during shift handoff.
