Security Officer - Armed Retail Rover

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to customers, tenants, and store leadership by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and customer concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions taken per site requirements.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail sales floors, common areas, loading and receiving areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.;
Monitor access points and service corridors, helping to verify authorized entry for employees, vendors, and/or contractors and directing visitors to appropriate locations.;
Complete routine reports and communicate timely updates to supervisors and site contacts regarding security-related issues, maintenance hazards, and/or policy violations.
