Security Officer - Roaming Site Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, tenants, and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout retail areas, common spaces, back-of-house corridors, and exterior perimeter;
Monitor entrances, loading or receiving areas, and restricted spaces; assist with access control by verifying credentials, directing traffic flow, and/or guiding visitors;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including addressing disturbances and coordinating with site management and local responders;
Document patrols, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate notable conditions to site leadership
