Technical Skills- Thorough and In‑depth knowledge of Oracle ERP, architecture, Oracle RDBMS.
- MSSQL and RPA (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism tool).
- In‑depth knowledge of Oracle Web Logic Server, OAM, and other Oracle technologies.
- Apply patches and updates сүйл Oracle EBS, including functional and technical patches.
- Backup and restore Oracle databases using RMAN (Recovery Manager) or other tools.
- Perform database performance tuning, including query optimization and indexing.
- Create physical database objectives following established standards and processes employed by the database team.
- Enforce database standards and follow up on inconsistencies.
- Perform routine reviews of databases and systems to ensure acceptable levels of performance.
- Report on problem performance areas and recommend improvements.
- Follow up on recommendations and actively push for implementation as appropriate.
- Understand and apply database concepts such as Summer definitions, parameters, components placement, reorganization, access methods, and security definitions.
- Work with capacity planning, operations, application developers and other teams on database performance and access issues.
- Be very well versed with TLS/OAG certificate renewals.
- Have a good understanding of network topology, proxies, SFTP, IPv4, IPv6 in the e‑business portfolios.
- Have exposure to various other and third‑party tools – Getpaid, Vertex, ETAL, MSSQL, RPA, etc.
- Provide advice and support to development resources.
- Monitor database performance, propose and implement agreed performance‑enhancing changes.
- 24/7 on‑call support for production incident resolution.
- OEM monitoring, identifying performance issues.
- Unix, Linux basic support, and shell scripting.
- Preferable knowledge in OCI.
- Engage team members to take, follow‑up and resolve issues effectively.
- Make decisions quickly to address issues effectively.
- Manage multiple stakeholders effectively without conflict.
- Motivate team members to take up new challenges across all severity issues.
- Understand/adhere to the business process during PST hours.
- Effective shift management and resource management.
- Availability during crisis, major incidents.
Experience:
8‑10 Years
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000.
