** Swan Commercial Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our growing Commercial MEP division. This hybrid role is designed for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn and adapt in multidisciplinary roles. You’ll assist with estimating, coordinating projects, and communicating with clients and vendors.

* Key Responsibilities:

** Project Management:
* Coordinate with Project Managers to assist in managing ongoing commercial projects from preconstruction through completion
* Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project execution
* Ensure project compliance with safety standards and local codes

Estimating:
* Assist estimators with bid entry and opportunity search
* Maintain accurate bid submission calendar
* Request and organize vendor quotes and material pricing
* Filter bid opportunities by reviewing plans and specifications

Administrative & Assistant Duties:
* Run logs, submittals, buyout support, closeout, meeting minutes
* Track job costs and purchase orders for ongoing projects
* Assist with timecard reviews and technician coordination
* Maintain accurate records in Service Titan or other management platforms
* Monitor project margins and direct costs through regularly updated spreadsheets
* Relay low margins or projected low margins to the Commercial Project Managers and Commercial MEP Manager Requirements:
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Experience with Service Titan, Bluebeam, or estimating platforms is a plus
* Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore or similar construction management platforms desired
