Logistics Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Logistics Analyst for a Contract with a client in Sunnyvale, CA
. The candidate will coordinate end‑to‑end logistics operations while ensuring full compliance with international shipping regulations.

Rate Range: $31/hour to $33/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Coordinate and track all domestic and international inbound/outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Prepare, review, and maintain all shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs declarations.
• Manage import/export processes, ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Communicate regularly with carriers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve shipping issues and prevent delays.
• Maintain organized shipping records and generate reports related to shipment volumes, costs, and delivery performance.
• Monitor shipment status proactively and optimize shipping routes and methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field.
• Candidate should have 2–4 years of experience coordinating domestic and international shipments.
• Candidate must have strong knowledge of import/export compliance, customs documentation, and international trade regulations.
• Candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills to manage carriers and resolve logistics issues effectively.

Pay Details: $31.00 to $33.00 per hour
