• Work on adding new capabilities to ads product
• Improve scalability, reliability and efficiency of ads tech stack

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
• Software Engineering work experience of 3+ years of experience developing and shipping code for production systems
• You have a strong command of a backend stack (eg. Golang, Java, Node.js, Python, etc)

• Past ads experience, specially in ad delivery area
• Experience working in any of problem domains ie. ranking, retrieval, bid optimization or budget pacing systems
• Ability to learn quickly on the go. We're looking for software engineers who thrive while learning new technologies and don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. You should be able to easily adapt to meet the needs of our massive growth and rapidly‑evolving business environment.
• Deep system design skills. You know how to build highly‑scalable, robust, and fault‑tolerant services that support our unique exponential growth requirements.

For all U.S. locations, the base salary range for this role is USD $171,000 per year - USD $190,000 per year. All full‑time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan and may be offered a bonus program, equity awards, and other types of compensation.
