• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
• 2 years of experience in data analysis, with experience in SQL.
• Experience in the following:
  Python, Go or C++, etc.

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
• 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• Experience building or managing distributed systems or cloud infrastructure.
• Experience in developing tools and infrastructure for data pipelines: datastore, UX (including interactive UIs), databases, etc.
• Experience in making raw data actionable and improving debuggability based on raw or structured data (via statistics or ML/Al).

In this role, you will manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. You will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$202,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
• Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
• Apply data analytics algorithms and ML/LLM techniques to automate and simplify customers’ triaging process.
• Apply data analytics algorithms to identify the hotspots of the qualification test output.
• Develop code for data pipelines and related infrastructure.
