We are hiring a Facilities Technician to support a world-class semiconductor manufacturing site where uptime, precision, and safety are mission-critical. In this hands-on role, you will help maintain the systems that keep clean rooms, production, and QC environments running at peak performance. - Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, boilers, pumps, air compressors, exhaust, and utility systems supporting cleanroom and production areas
- Monitor and respond to Building Management System (BMS) alarms, trends, and performance issues
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs using CMMS work orders, including filter changes, inspections, and equipment servicing
- Support DI water, chilled and hot water systems, compressed air, and process utilities
- Respond quickly to facility alarms, equipment failures, and emergency service requests
- Escort and oversee contractors and vendors to ensure safe and compliant work
- Apply LOTO, PPE, and safety procedures while working on critical systems
- Your 2–5 years of facilities or maintenance experience will allow you to confidently support HVAC, mechanical, and utility systems
- A technical education, trade background, or hands-on experience that supports your mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Your ability to read drawings, schematics, and manuals will help you diagnose and resolve system issues
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment
- A team-oriented mindset and clear communication style that supports cross-functional operations
- A safety-first approach and the ability to stay calm and effective when responding to urgent facility issues
