Responsibilities:

• Conduct a daily safety walk‑through of the facility to identify and address safety concerns.
• Work on special projects as directed by General Manager and Operations Manager.
• Maintain a history file on all equipment.
• Procure repair parts, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Perform monthly OSHA safety checks per OSHA/PM guidelines.
• Maintain a log of preventative maintenance.

Qualifications:

• General knowledge of HVAC and/or electrical equipment.
• Experience in operations/maintenance at a gym or health club.
