• Oversee deployment and activities of patrol officers, ensuring they are well-informed and prepared.
• Conduct training and provide support to new patrol officers, fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all security protocols and effectively manage any emergencies.

• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, sometimes stressful environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of security‑related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass required training and certifications.

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable driving and working on a computer.
