Overview

As a Security Guard at Twin Creeks, you will be working under the direction of the General Manager. Your duties will include safeguarding the facility, assisting guests and staff, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for the teams and families that visit our complex.

• Customer Service & Greeting:
  Welcoming visitors, players, and coaches, providing information on facility amenities, field locations, and event schedules.
• Safety & Security:
  Monitoring entrances for unauthorized access, enforcing park policies (e.g., prohibited items), report safety hazards or unlawful activity and assisting with emergency procedures.
• Bag Check & Screening:
  Inspecting bags and personal items upon entry, if required.
• Venue Information:
  Answering questions regarding parking, food/beverage locations, and restroom facilities.
• Site Maintenance:
  Keeping the entrance, ticket booth, and surrounding area clean and orderly.
