Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or contractors at a financial services location by following post orders and site-specific policies.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and/or perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify irregular conditions.;
Control access by monitoring entry points and verifying identification/authorization as required.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and coordinate with leadership or emergency services as needed.;
Complete detailed daily activity reports and incident documentation and communicate observations to supervisors and site contacts.
