Description:
Current DoD Secret with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance with SCI access. This position will serve as the lead Program Security Representative for a program at the Sunnyvale site. It will interface directly with internal and external program management stakeholders to execute and enable missions. The role will be responsible to execute and administer security program maintaining compliance while protecting classified and export controlled data.

- Current DoD Secret with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance with SCI access.
- Demonstrated knowledge of DoD Security Policies including 32 CFR 117 (NISPOM), Manual 5205.07 and ICD 705.
- Familiar with documentation control.
- Experience interfacing with both internal and external customers.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- 5+ Years Industrial Security Experience.
- Experience implementing DoD Security Policies including 32 CFR 117 (NISPOM), Manual 5205.07 and ICD 705.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with senior level internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive and risk-managed security recommendations and decisions.
- Good working knowledge of Operational Security (OPSEC) and Counterintelligence.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time. The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,400 - $150,650. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
