The
Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within a designated territory, cultivating strong customer relationships, and delivering customized solutions that align with client needs. This hybrid position offers flexibility to work from both the Sunnyvale office and remotely.
The ideal candidate is an experienced, goal-oriented professional with strong business development skills and a passion for technology. This role involves close collaboration with internal technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective solution delivery.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue objectives
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close new opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering and technical support teams to ensure customer requirements are met
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer data, and CRM records
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, and account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Basic technical knowledge of industrial computing, embedded systems, or related technologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with both in-office and remote responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in the industrial technology, OEM, or computing hardware sector is a plus
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Up to $150,000 based on experience
