The role:We’re seeking a hands‑on Sales Operations Manager to work at the intersection of sales and marketing operations. Coram runs a modern GTM operations function where the boundaries between sales and marketing are intentionally blurred, and the ops stack is highly AI‑native.
The ideal candidate will have a builder’s mindset: someone who likes to get their hands dirty, has a strong track record of building and scaling operations, and thrives in a fast‑moving environment. This role has the potential to expand into building and managing a team while taking significant ownership of GTM operations.
Location:Sunnyvale, CA (onsite)
Responsibilities:- Own deal management and codify the sales process in the CRM
- Partner with Finance on sales commissions
- Territory planning
- CRM data enrichment with AI tools
- Workflow design and management
- 5+ years of experience in GTM operations
- Thrives in ambiguity and fast‑paced environments, where priorities can change quickly based on new information.
- Strong ability to distill insights into dashboards and reports
- Experience with tools like Zapier, Clay, Linked In Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and Hub Spot
- Familiarity with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or others)
- Competitive compensation package between $140,000 to $200,000 per year. The offer will be based on a range of factors, including skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as business needs and market conditions.
