- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible to work within a 50‑mile radius and on a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Serve Safe certified (Food Safety).
- Strong leadership, communication, adaptability, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and reach across 36‑inch counters.
While performing duties, counter areas may be hot with steam or food vapors. Workspace is restricted, and employees typically stand for long periods. Work includes preparing hot and cold foods, using Chinese cook knives and other equipment, and working quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours, and reach across 36‑inch counters.
Kitchens are hot, noise levels high, storage limited, and shelving high. Employees must work in a fast‑paced environment, communicate verbally, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts.

Pay Range: $33 per hour – $36 per hour. Individual pay is determined by location and experience. Bonuses are not guaranteed.
