As a Regional Neighbor Ambassador, your role is a constant blend of:

• Customer Service – make sure our Neighbors feel at HOME, ridiculously well‑cared for and genuinely proud to live in our Neighborhoods.
• Sales – help make renting easy and guide future Neighbors through the Ultimate Leasing Experience.
• Administration – create Neighborhood reports, conduct market surveys, prepare rental agreements and post apartment advertisements. Master the operations of property management.

• Experience – you should bring a passion for working in a customer service, sales and marketing environment.
• Cultural Traits – we value Team Oriented, Communicator, Entrepreneurial, Passionate, Self‑Starter, Creative, Principled, and Brand Ambassador qualities.
• Working Weekends – schedules include regular days off Monday‑Friday; weekends are the busiest.

Compensation

• Pay Range: $25.00 to $28.75 per hour
• $200 Incentive Per Lease
• Discretionary Semi‑Annual Bonus Plan
• Weekend Shift Premium Pay
