Coffee Bar Supervisor

Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full time COFFEE BAR SUPERVISOR position.

Location:

700 East Middlefield Road, Sunnyvale, CA 94085.

Schedule:

Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, hours may vary; some weekends are included. More details upon interview.

Pay Range: $29.07 per hour to $30.84 per hour.

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May mentor and develop employees and encourage goal setting and advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1 to 2 years of previous related experience is preferred.
