About The Role
The Food Operations Manager will lead café operations at a high‑profile client site, serving as the face of hospitality and ensuring seamless guest experiences in a fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Do- Lead and inspire a high‑performing team with a shared passion for hospitality and quality.
- Oversee daily food service operations, ensuring smooth and efficient breakfast and lunch service.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and physical safety programs.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table—literally and figuratively—to elevate the guest experience.
- Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate’s education level or years of relevant experience.

Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement – Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum Management Experience – 2 Years.
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services, including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
