We are partnering with an innovative mobility solutions company to find a driven Auto Parts Specialist who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and enjoys being at the center of complex builds.

As an Auto Parts Specialist, you’ll be the backbone of the build process:
Track and manage parts inventory across multiple sites
Perform Incoming Quality Checks (IQC) following engineering guidelines
Organize inventory and prepare build kits using detailed BOMs
Proactively identify and elevate part shortages or build blockers
Ensure materials are accurate, accessible, and build‑ready at all times
You’ll be a great fit if you are:
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and process‑driven
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
A strong communicator who enjoys cross‑functional collaboration
Able to lift at least 30 lbs
Proficient in Windows, Mac, or Linux‑based systems
Experienced in parts, inventory, automotive, manufacturing, or warehouse environments
Full‑time (30+ hours/week)
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (OT possible)
On‑site daily in Sunnyvale, CA
This role directly supports fleet operations growth and expansion
. While conversion is unlikely, it offers excellent exposure to advanced vehicle builds, NPI processes, and high‑impact operations
