Position: Nursing Director of Emergency Services

Experience: 2-5 years

Degree: Bachelor's

Responsibilities

Responsible for directing patient care activities in the Emergency Department. Manages staff, oversees operational and nursing activities, and consults with staff, physicians, and the Nurse Executive on nursing issues and hospital policies to ensure patient needs are met. The department primarily serves adults and geriatrics, with occasional care for adolescents, pediatrics, and neonates/infants.

Skills and Certifications

ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC
Texas Registered Nurse

Ideal Candidate

Registered Nurse with proven leadership skills. Minimum of 5 years of emergency services experience and at least one year of nursing management experience required.
