Primary Function of Position

Brand and Creative plays a pivotal role in bringing the brand to life across marketing channels. We’re a multi-disciplinary team of experts in Strategy, Brand, Creative, Media Production, Web, and Creative Operations. The Social Media team consists of analysts, copywriters, and paid and organic channel strategists responsible for supporting Intuitive’s social marketing across the global organization

This is an exciting role with significant visibility and an opportunity to further define best practices for the global social media capability. Reporting to the Sr Group Manger, Social Media-Digital Marketing you will be responsible for development and expansion of our Social Media programs. As a member of the Brand & Creative team and the larger Corporate Marketing group, you will work cross-functionally to define and deliver meaningful, measurable business impact to internal and external stakeholders worldwide.

When done well, social media marketing will help increase brand preference and perception, improve advocacy, and build a distinct competitive advantage for the company. The successful candidate will bring extensive expertise in community management, engagement, and reporting. The role requires a minimum of 4+ years experience in healthcare or medical device field (preferably surgical or critical care or operating room)

Job Duties
  • Develop social content and visuals that translate complex healthcare concepts into clear, engaging, and culturally relevant storytelling across major platforms
  • Drive the creative development for content, partnering with Brand & Creative, marketing, and leadership teams to build-cohesive visuals for product launches, brand initiatives, and testimonial content, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare guidelines
  • Optimize creative through data, using platform analytics, experimentation, and trend insights to refine content, expand reach, and maintain a high bar of performance brand consistency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand & Creative, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver scalable content systems, manage asset libraries, and introduce new visual approaches that keep the brand modern and innovative
Required Skills And Experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills simplifying complex ideas and concepts and making them clear and actionable
  • Thorough knowledge of platform mechanics and platforms such as Sprinklr Publishing & Engagement and Sprinklr Insights
  • Proven ability to solve open-ended problems and work cross-functionally towards shared goals
  • Able to pivot between long-term projects to short-term needs, with manager support, based on shifting priorities in a growing organization
  • A desire and ability to understand complex medical systems and the needs of the individuals and groups that work inside and are adjacent to them
  • Superior verbal/written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Impeccable attention to accuracy and detail
Required Education and Training
  • 4-5 years in social content creation and design, with at least 1-2 years of healthcare or wellness marketing and proven experience supporting a major brand or agency (portfolio required)
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva Pro, and social-first video editing.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn technical or clinical information into accessible, high-performing creative, while navigating accuracy and compliance
  • Ability to travel up to 15%. International and Domestic USA
Preferred Skills And Experience
  • Demonstrable experience negotiating and creating process enabling and end-to-end social media workflows in a Jira and Agile/Scrum environment
