Job Overview

How You Will Make An Impact:

• Electronic assembler and re-work technician. This includes hand assembly and disassembly of SMT components.
• Extensive experience working in R&D Department.
• Excellent skills in rework of BGA or small footprint components.
• Assist in Hardware Debug down to component level of prototype boards.
• Work very well in a team environment. Able to demonstrate and understand the interpretation and creation of electronic schematics, technical drawings and flow diagrams.
• Excellent soldering/de-soldering techniques, work under microscope.
• Knowledgeable of the ECN process, implementing ECN to boards, writing ECN procedures and releasing ECN as necessary.
• Able to set up and configure a microcomputer using available operating systems and software packages.
• Responsible to maintain a clean, safe, well organized work area with adequate supplies for the engineering hardware lab.

What You Will Need To Succeed

• Minimum 1 year experience in a hardware rework/assembler rote, relative position or engineering environment

Compensation

Estimated Pay Range:
The estimated pay range for this position is USD $35.00/Hr.

- USD $40.00/Hr. and is a Non-Exempt role. Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
