- JD or equivalent work experience is required, Master’s degree is preferred with 4-7 years of contracting experience in executing and managing contracting activities.
- Good understanding of a legal and contractual terms.
- Execute strategic and complex contracts.
- Manage contracting expectations and ensure project success.
- The Contract Sr. Associate will manage the delivery of the contract management activity and will be the face of the engagement for Contract Management activity. The Contract Sr. Associate will be responsible for dispute resolution and SLA delivery. Other responsibilities include:
- Ability to handle issues and escalations with sensitivity and diligence, eliminating a need for further escalation

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
