Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program management or project controls within the data center or construction industry.
• 5 years of experience leading and developing PMO teams or equivalent functions focused on process improvement and governance.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in data center construction, heavy industrial project delivery, or hyperscale infrastructure programs.

As a Senior Program Manager, you are responsible for establishing and leading this new function, which is central to professionalizing our project delivery processes and supporting the Google Data Centers (GDC) North Star:
Go Fast, Safely. In this high-impact role, you will be the organizational engine for commitment to operational excellence and efficiency. You will own the strategic outlook and execution of key operational functions, including process improvement, capital planning, buyout oversight, and performance reporting with respect to cost savings and contractors. You will serve as a primary change agent, driving process standardization and governance to reduce bureaucracy.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $221,000-$311,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
