The RoleScout is seeking a Facilities Manager who will be responsible for ensuring our workspace supports safe, efficient, and professional operations. This role oversees the overall functionality, security, and presentation of the facility, partners with internal teams and external vendors, and will help evolve Scout’s workspace as the company grows.
Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day facilities operations to ensure the office is safe, functional, and professional.
- Coordinate vendors and contractors to support maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
- Plan and manage office upgrades and build-outs.
- Support preventative maintenance and basic facilities documentation to ensure reliability.
- Partner with internal teams to support workplace needs and host visitors.
- Assist with safety, security, and compliance efforts.
- Help maintain a high standard for how the facility looks, operates, and supports Scout AI culture.
- 3-5 years of experience supporting facilities, workplace operations, or office management.
- Experience managing vendors, service providers, and day-to-day operational issues.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects.
- Comfortable working independently, adapting to change, and taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communicator with a service-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic safety, security, and facilities best practices; willingness to learn as needed.
- Ability to be on-site and occasionally respond to urgent facility needs outside normal hours.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required. Certain job duties may involve access to U.S. export-controlled information.

The stated salary range below represents an estimated base pay only and reflects consideration of multiple compensation factors. Final salary offers may differ depending on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience or training background, specialized skills, and business needs.
