As a Low Voltage Project Manager
, you will lead multiple projects from pre-construction through closeout
, ensuring technical excellence, financial accountability, and operational success. This role is perfect for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values quality, professionalism, and strong customer relationships.

• Oversee all phases of low-voltage projects, including design coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance.
• Serve as a technical advisor to field teams and estimating departments.
• Manage labor tracking, financial projections, and change order documentation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring code-compliant installations.
• Mentor and develop field staff, fostering a culture of leadership and accountability.

• Pre-Construction:
  Collaborate with engineers on system design, assist with permitting, and participate in job setup.
• Construction:
  Provide technical oversight, manage RFIs and coordination with trades, approve timecards, and oversee material procurement.
• Closeout:
  Ensure accurate as-builts, warranty documentation, and successful system commissioning.
