Embark on a fulfilling career as a Facilities Assistant where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness and order of our facilities. Start your day with a structured routine, working independently to ensure our spaces remain pristine and welcoming.

• Follow a set daily route using the work order system to track completed tasks.
• Clean 12 restrooms, 2 break rooms, hallways, and office spaces.
• Handle emergency clean-ups as required.
• Occasionally don a bunny suit for cleanroom cleaning, with prior training provided.
• Coordinate with outside vendors, guiding them through locations and managing their sign-in and sign-out processes.

• Experience in custodial, cleaning, and janitorial roles, particularly in commercial spaces.
• Proficiency in work order tracking and cleanroom maintenance.
• Ability to speak and write English fluently.
• Strong vendor relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

• Previous experience as a Commercial Janitor, Custodian, Janitor, or Cleaner.
• Competency in tasks such as mopping and general cleaning.

Work in a manufacturing environment with specialized clean rooms. The standard shift is from 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with potential shifts to a day schedule starting at 6:30 am. Embrace a role that offers both independence and collaboration with a team of five other facilities assistants.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sunnyvale, CA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Sunnyvale, CA.
