Hire Art is partnering with a leading technology company to advance the future of autonomous vehicle development. We are seeking Vehicle Operators – Data Collection to play a critical role in testing, collecting data, and refining cutting‑edge driving technology.

As part of this program, you will operate test vehicles in real‑world conditions, gathering crucial data that directly impacts innovation. • 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM:
  Wed‑Sun | Thu‑Mon | Fri‑Tue
• 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM:
  Fri‑Tue | Sat‑Wed | Sun‑Thu | Wed‑Sun | Thu‑Mon

• Drive test vehicles for 4–8 hours daily on predefined routes, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections to confirm roadworthiness and address any maintenance needs.
• Conduct basic software operations to support real‑time data collection.
• Accurately document observations, issues, and anomalies encountered during test runs.
• Collaborate with engineers, providing valuable feedback to enhance system performance.
• Assist with vehicle logistics, maintenance coordination, and storage.

• Professional driving experience (Uber, Lyft, Door Dash, etc., OK).
• Basic vehicle knowledge with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable driving for extended periods (4–8 hours per day).
• No moving violations within the past 12 months, DUIs, or criminal record.
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and strict safety guidelines.
• Ability to work onsite in both Sunnyvale and San Francisco.

This is a full‑time, ongoing contract position staffed via Hire Art. It will be open to candidates local to the Bay Area and able to work onsite in Sunnyvale, CA.
