Business Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Sunnyvale, CA. Candidate must have strong capability in implementing RPA solutions while translating analytical insights into actionable technical requirements.

Rate Range: $58/hour to $60/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Analyst job responsibilities include:

* Leading RPA initiatives by gathering requirements, defining automation workflows, and overseeing implementation across multiple regions.

* Analysing data‑rich processes to identify automation opportunities and develop quantitative solutions for complex supply chain challenges.

* Translating business needs into clear technical specifications to ensure seamless collaboration between business owners and technical teams.

* Coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders to drive program delivery while resolving dependencies and maintaining alignment.

* Developing dashboards, reports, and insights using Tableau and Advanced Excel to support decision‑making and process optimization.

* Communicating analytical outcomes and technical constraints in simple business terms to support stakeholders at all levels.

Required Qualifications:

* Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical field.

* 6-8 years of relevant experience.

* Candidate must have strong capability in implementing RPA solutions and defining clear technical requirements.

* Candidate must have proven expertise in analysing complex supply chain processes using quantitative methods.

Pay Details: $58.00 to $60.00 per hour
