BA RPA

Akkodis is seeking an BA with RPA for a Contract with a client in Sunnyvale, CA(Hybrid). You will work closely with business teams to gather and document detailed functional requirements while supporting end‑to‑end testing and issue resolution.

$53/hour to $58/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Working closely with business teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements for automation initiatives.
• Collaborating with implementation and technical teams to clarify requirements and communicate issues through bug‑tracking tools, email, chat, and meetings.
• Troubleshooting user‑reported issues by performing root‑cause analysis, replicating problems, and driving them to timely resolution.
• Supporting internal system users with data fixes, user‑error corrections, knowledge sharing, and identifying effective workarounds.
• Creating thorough test cases, conducting in‑depth UAT for releases and urgent patches, and escalating critical risks when necessary.
• Preparing system user training materials, documenting release notes, and providing clear updates to project and management teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in business analysis, including hands‑on experience working with RPA solutions.
• Proven ability to create detailed functional requirements, develop effective test cases, and perform comprehensive UAT in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong RPA background with the ability to troubleshoot user issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams.
