AI Biz Analyst, GTM

Job Summary
:

Crowd Strike is a global leader in cybersecurity, dedicated to stopping breaches with an advanced AI-native platform. The AI Biz Analyst role involves supporting the Agentic AI transformation initiatives by gathering requirements, mapping processes, and analyzing systems to enhance GTM applications.

Responsibilities
:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new Agentic AI capabilities within GTM systems (e.g., Sales, Marketing, and Service platforms).

• Map current GTM business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation through Agentic AI.

• Analyze existing GTM IT systems to assess integration points and data readiness for AI transformation projects.

• Create high-quality documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and training materials.

• Assist in developing test plans and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.

• Facilitate meetings and communicate project updates, risks, and findings to team members and stakeholders across GTM.

Qualifications
:
Required
:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, IT Management, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate complex business problems into clear, actionable requirements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in using standard office productivity tools.

• Familiarity with the concepts of Agentic AI, Gen AI or Machine Learning.

• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Prior coursework or experience in Business Process Management, Systems Analysis, or Project Management.

• Knowledge of core Go-to-Market business processes (e.g., Lead-to-Cash, Customer Service).

• Experience on Salesforce

• Experience on Slack
