• Design and implement intuitive service management UIs that delight our users.
• Guide and support our multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and growth‑oriented environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that ensure seamless operations for our global network.
• Collaborate closely with our Dev, Test, and Dev Ops teams to drive innovation and deliver exceptional products.

• Bachelors Degree with minimum of 9+ years of relevant work experience in web application development
• Core strength in the React.js ecosystem and Object-Oriented JavaScript development.
• Mastery of front-end fundamentals: HTML5 and CSS

• Adept at consuming REST APIs and handling JSON.

Experience with Angular

JS, Bootstrap, SASS, Node.js, and High Charts.

Background in cloud‑based apps, APIs, and network management systems (FCAPS).

Attention to usability and design aesthetics.

Ability to see the big picture while managing details.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third‑party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $-$

The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
