We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Business Analysis expertise to lead end-to-end project delivery while performing key business analysis tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, and delivery
, while collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project life cycles
, including scoping, planning, and execution. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps
. - Oversee resource allocation, budget tracking, and risk management
. - Drive Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
, including developers, QA, and business stakeholders. - Monitor and report project status, KPIs, and risks to senior leadership.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of project milestones.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project issues, risks, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
. - Create and maintain BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and process flows
. - Perform gap analysis to identify business needs and recommend solutions.
- Define and document process flows, business rules, and functional specifications
. - Support UAT planning and execution to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Ensure requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Management Expertise:
- Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery
. - Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in Agile tools
- Skilled in resource management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication
.
- Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery
- Business Analysis
Skills:- Ability to gather and document business requirements and process flows
. - Experience in creating BRDs, FSDs, and UAT scenarios
. - Familiarity with data analysis and process improvement techniques.
- Ability to gather and document business requirements and process flows
- Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
